Use x86's Trap flag for remote gdb single-stepping

[This patch was written by Martin Brown of FSU during an internship at AMD.  I had meant to bring it up to date with the head and perhaps do some other cleanup before posting, but since Gabe is looking at this now, I'm posting it as is in case it's helpful.]

This patch and the preceding patch apply to gem5 rev 2a1d75864ad2 (aka stable_2014_08_26).
