MEM: Remove legacy DRAM in preparation for memory updates This patch removes the DRAM memory class in preparation for updates to the memory system, with the first one introducing an abstract memory class, and removing the assumption of a single physical memory.
util/regress all passing (disregarding t1000 and eio)

AFAIK no one ever used this code anyway... people should speak up now if that's not the case.
