ISA: Put parser generated files in a "generated" directory.

This is to avoid collision with non-generated files.

I assume the deleted includes are ones that would need to be changed, but then you noticed that they weren't actually used.  You might want to mention that in the commit message.

I didn't delete any, it's just that I moved some to preserve the alphabetization. The ones I moved review board is showing as adding and removing lines, and the other ones are showing up as changes to a single line.
