mem: Remove printing of DRAM params

This patch removes the redundant printing of DRAM params.

Testing Done

Is this information not available in config.ini?

It is indeed. This debug printout is merely to make life easier when using the DRAM debug flag, and this patch merely adds the missing bits. I'm not against throwing out the whole thing, but it might affect some users.
