Changeset 10430:702901558d54 --------------------------- mem: Add missig timing and current parameters to DRAM configs This patch adds missing timing and current parameters to the existing DRAM configs. These missing timing and current parameters are required by DRAMPower for the DRAM power calculations. The missing values are datasheet values of the specified DRAMs, and the appropriate references are added for the variuos configs.
