mem: restore address if AddrMapper cannot send request

otherwise, the address is translated more than once on retry

Testing Done

fixes a bug I'm experiencing

-	AddrMapper: restore old address if the request cannot be sent
+	mem: restore old address if the request cannot be sent (addrmapper)

Thanks for the patch by the way. I think the summary is >65 char. Perhaps: "mem: Restore address on AddrMapper retry"
