tests: Add tests for the Learning gem5 scripts

These tests will ensure that Learning gem5 scripts are always up to date with
the changes in the mainline of gem5.

Testing Done

Scripts work for all ISA except POWER. As far as I can tell, POWER doesn't work with the timing CPU.

Ah, sorry, I had overlooked that review request. Assuming that patch goes through, this patch seems fine.

Ship It!

Would it make sense (or is it not possible) to put the scripts in a learning-gem5 subdirectory, to mirror the config files?

I think it makes sense, but it's not possible to include scripts in subdirectories of tests/configs without more restructuring of the SConscript. IMO, it's not worth the effort, but I can look into it more, if you'd like.
