tcp_iface.cc does not compile on FreeBSD

To compile tcp_iface.cc on FreeBSD we also need to include netinet/in.h. Do so conditinally for FreeBSD.
Compiles now.

I'd suggest we roll this up with the updates to the distributed gem5 functionality (soon on the reviewboard). Thanks for pointing it out.
