Fixed the Multiply Divide Unit (MDU) to support latencies higher than 11. Before the CPU went in an idle state after 11 cycles waiting on the MDU. When the MDU gets finished after e.g. 15 cycles, the CPU didn't woke up.
Tested it with MiBench's rsynth benchmark on large input.
