MEM: Fix master/slave ports in Ruby and non-regression scripts This patch brings the Ruby and other scripts up to date with the introduction of the master/slave ports.
Ran a selection of the related scripts.
The is working correctly for Ruby full system simulation with MESI coherence protocol. So I expect other protocols to work smoothly as well.
