inorder: arm/x86: start to microcode support
this is a basic directional patch in order to give prospective developers
an idea of what it takes to make microde work in the inorder model and
consequently allow for ARM/X86 to be supported. I intend to keep working toward
this but if someone else gets inspired, I would be happy to play the
facilitator role in this developement :)
